We are looking for dedicated professionals fluent in Dutch or Flemish who are eager to join an international team and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers from Dutch-speaking regions, providing support through various communication channels and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customers receive accurate information promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Embrace relocation support and integrate into the new working environment in Sofia.
Koho hledáme
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude toward relocating to Sofia.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is beneficial.
