Co budeš dělat
- Own and define the EAC portfolio strategy and the common product roadmap across EMEIA
- Act as Product Owner for the common EAC portfolio, ensuring market leadership and profitability
- Drive customer-right products through voice of customer activities, market insights, competitor analysis, and BI data
- Generate and own business cases, revenue follow-up, and portfolio performance metrics
- Lead portfolio lifecycle decisions, including consolidation and integration of acquired EAC companies
- Drive AI and technology adoption in close collaboration with R&D
- Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and GTT on pricing, value proposition, and total solutions
- Represent EMEIA in Group and regional product governance forums
Koho hledáme
- BSc or MSc in Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive experience in Electronic Access Control and the security industry
- Senior product management or portfolio leadership experience
- Strong business, financial, and strategic capabilities
- Deep knowledge of EN and ISO standards, software, networks, and cloud technologies
- Proven leadership experience in international, matrix organizations
- Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage
