- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across markets and performance platforms, ensuring achievement of defined KPIs
- Own end-to-end campaign execution and actively drive performance improvements through hands-on optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data insights into clear optimization actions
- Manage campaign tracking, attribution logic, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate campaign operations across teams, markets, and systems while maintaining structured workflows and delivery standards
- Identify testing opportunities, operational improvements, and scalable campaign processes
- Translate client objectives into effective performance strategies and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and long-term client satisfaction
Koho hledáme
- Experience: 2–5 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or account management—ideally in an agency or international environment.
- Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital channels, trends, and tools (CRM systems like HubSpot, analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker; display advertising platforms; Meta Business Suite). Excel or similar skills (Pivot tables) are a must.
- Campaign Knowledge: Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, understanding KPIs, and optimizing performance.
- Client Orientation : Strong communication skills, able to translate insights to clients and build trusted relationships.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to connect business objectives with actionable campaign strategies, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
- Organized & Proactive: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Languages: Native-level Czech and excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
