- Master the Canto DAM system to create intuitive folder structures and precise tagging.
- Move beyond simple filing to identify patterns in what makes a "good" asset based on previous campaign success.
- Regularly curate Trend Portals that cross-pollinate winning visual styles between different product verticals.
- Develop and maintain a Visual Language for the agency, ensuring assets are tagged by psychological triggers (e.g., Trust, Safety) rather than just basic descriptions.
- Self-direct content audits to spot inventory gaps (e.g., "We are scaling product X but have no drone footage") and notify production before bottlenecks occur.
- Maintain Style Guides to ensure every editor is using the correct, most up-to-date brand materials and best practices.
- Scan competitor ads to find Lookalike assets within our own library to replicate winning layouts.

- An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to look at a photo and identify three different marketing angles it could fit into.
- Ability to manage projects and conduct audits without constant oversight.
- This role suits a creative professional with a strong organizational mindset — not a technical or performance marketing background.
