Working on-site in Brno from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm .
Co budeš dělat
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Koho hledáme
- 3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
- Proficient in Czech and English (C1 - C2)
- Good command of Windows O/S
- Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
- Wireless networking knowledge
- Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
- Experience with Active Directory
- Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
