Co budeš dělat
- Lead and execute data governance programs across Zone Europe, ensuring alignment, delivery, and adoption across commercial and non-commercial functions.
- Drive the implementation of scalable data governance processes, standards, and operating routines through strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to define governance requirements, align business priorities, and implement operational governance frameworks.
- Build and coordinate a strong network of data stewards and data owners to drive accountability, governance adoption, and best practice execution.
- Define and implement data quality frameworks, KPIs, controls, and reporting mechanisms to improve data reliability, transparency, and compliance across key initiatives.
- Oversee master data governance, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives, ensuring effective governance structures and process consistency.
- Lead change management, communication, and training initiatives to drive awareness, user adoption, and sustainable governance practices across the organization.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA readiness by coordinating SAP MDG, master data requirements, data migration activities, and process harmonization to support a successful European deployment.
Koho hledáme
- 4+ years of experience leading or supporting data governance, data management, or related transformation initiatives in complex business environments.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive execution, manage priorities, and coordinate cross-functional teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, align stakeholders, and translate business requirements into actionable governance processes and operational improvements.
- Solid understanding of core data management disciplines, including Data Ownership, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, and Data Cataloguing.
