Co budeš dělat
- Increase revenue by achieving SDO sales targets across cybersecurity solutions, industrial infrastructure, virtualization, and managed services within assigned territories.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, including opportunity development, negotiation, and closure with executive-level customer partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical experts, departments, and partners) to develop proposals, including scope, costing, and contract requirements.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts, leveraging CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Develop strategic account plans while providing market insights, competitive analysis, and contributing to long-term growth strategies.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 8 years of consultative sales experience , with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or industrial digital/automation solutions.
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead complex sales pursuits.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 .
- Experience in industries like manufacturing, automation, or engineering services.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the assigned region (DACH, Poland, Czech Republic).
