This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Agent (English Speaking) based in Czechia.
You will join a global remote support team dedicated to delivering outstanding assistance to players across a wide range of games.
Co budeš dělat
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming emails and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality and empathy.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer support workflows and internal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the support function.
Koho hledáme
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented and customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
- Passion for gaming is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates located near the CET time zone are preferred.
