- Own the customer relationship
You’ll be the trusted advisor for your portfolio—working closely with decision-makers, power users, and stakeholders to build long-term partnerships that last.
- Develop strong relationships across customer organisations
Lead regular customer touchpoints, including QBRs and strategic reviews
Proactively monitor account health and spot risks early
- Drive renewals and growth
You’ll take ownership of renewals, ensuring customers see and realise ongoing value.
Manage the full renewal lifecycle—from pipeline tracking to negotiation
Deliver strong Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) performance
Help customers maximise value, supporting retention and growth
- Enable success through insight and training
You’ll empower customers to get the most from our platforms through strategic guidance and hands-on support.
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training (remote & onsite)
Build adoption plans aligned to customer goals and KPIs
Share best practices and optimise platform usage
- Collaborate to deliver solutions
You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve challenges and continuously improve the customer experience.
Partner with product and implementation teams
Act as the voice of the customer internally
Support escalations and ensure timely resolution
