- Own the customer relationship
- You'll be the trusted advisor for your portfolio—working closely with decision-makers, power users, and stakeholders to build long-term partnerships that last.
- Develop strong relationships across customer organisations
- Lead regular customer touchpoints, including QBRs and strategic reviews
- Proactively monitor account health and spot risks early
- Drive renewals and growth
- You'll take ownership of renewals, ensuring customers see and realise ongoing value.
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle—from pipeline tracking to negotiation
- Deliver strong Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) performance
- Help customers maximise value, supporting retention and growth
- Enable success through insight and training
- You'll empower customers to get the most from our platforms through strategic guidance and hands-on support.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training (remote & onsite)
- Build adoption plans aligned to customer goals and KPIs
- Share best practices and optimise platform usage
- Collaborate to deliver solutions
- You'll work cross-functionally to resolve challenges and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Partner with product and implementation teams
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Support escalations and ensure timely resolution
