Co budeš dělat
- In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
- Together with 10 team members you will be supporting Iberia market.
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
- Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.
Koho hledáme
- Native Spanish and business fluent in English.
- Portuguese is advantageous.
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
