Co budeš dělat
- Respond to customer complaints via BYD portal, email, and phone.
- Escalate technical problems to technical/product teams as needed.
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Support sales activities and process payments where required.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent English and native Czech.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and cross-functional coordination ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- NEV technical background preferred.
