- In this role your responsibility will be to recommend and actively offer our appliances or services to the consumer. We always have several variants of services that they can choose from, whether it is the possibility of repairing an existing appliance or help with choosing a new appliance. Your task will be to choose the most suitable variant for the consumer and to bring the sale to a successful
- In addition to offering the appliance to the consumer, you will also be able to offer other services, such as extended warranty or the most suitable accessories.
- As Consumer Contact Centre Specialist, you will be handling customer inquiries, orders, complaints, or issues through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. By providing support, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience, you will be the voice of Electrolux for our Czech and Slovak consumer.
- Answer phones professionally and respond to consumers' enquiries (product, service & spare part information )
- Acquire detailed knowledge and understand the operation to resolve consumer request and promote great consumer experience
- Handle consumer orders, help consumer to choose the best appliance
- Identify cross selling opportunities to promote extended warranty, consumable & accessories products
- Support any administrative duties as assigned related to consumer service from time to time
Koho hledáme
- Graduation (high school)
- Great Customer service skills: Strong communication skills to listen to consumers, understand their issues, and provide helpful and clear guidance.
- Pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, independent, consumer focused, result oriented & disciplined
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to follow scripts or guidelines to resolve consumer problems.
- Sales skills – you are not new to sales
- Excellent time management skills: Efficiency in resolving cases quickly while ensuring quality service.
- Excellent knowledge of products and processes
- Independent and able to take full responsibility for own projects & activities
- Good team player, helpful, motivator
- English (B2 level) is an advantage
