GoodData.AI is looking for a Community Marketing Coordinator to help keep our community, social media, marketplace, and review channels active and up to date.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Marketing team and support regular execution across key digital channels. You will publish approved content, help manage updates, monitor activity, and flag questions, feedback, or opportunities.
This is a part-time role suitable for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in B2B SaaS, AI, analytics, and digital communication.

- Publish approved updates across GoodData.AI social media and community channels.
- Help manage the GoodData.AI Slack community by posting updates, sharing resources, and monitoring conversations.
- Adapt provided content into short social or community posts.
- Keep marketplace and review platform information up to date, including descriptions, links, screenshots, and assets.
- Monitor reviews, mentions, and community discussions, and flag relevant feedback to the team.
- Draft simple response suggestions for reviews or community questions when needed.
- Keep track of planned posts, updates, and open tasks.
- Help publish approved updates for launches, campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Flag relevant questions, feedback, or issues to the Product Marketing team.

- Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when something is unclear.
