- Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth in blockchain and crypto markets .
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management for digital assets and fiat holdings .
- Oversee tokenomics strategy , ensuring a sustainable and scalable financial model for the company's crypto ecosystem.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights on investment opportunities in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 projects .
- Supervise the management of crypto reserves, liquidity pools, and staking mechanisms .
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for crypto holdings, including hedging, stablecoins, and diversification .
- Optimize yield generation through staking, yield farming, and decentralized finance protocols .
- Ensure proper management of on-chain and off-chain assets with multi-signature security measures.
- Ensure compliance with global crypto regulations (FATF, SEC, MiCA, AML/KYC policies).
- Work with legal teams to develop frameworks for Shariah-compliant finance (if applicable).
- Stay up to date with tax implications and regulatory changes in crypto and DeFi sectors.
- Develop and oversee risk management frameworks for digital assets, including market volatility, liquidity risk, and cybersecurity threats .

- The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, investment management, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment in the fast-evolving crypto landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto asset management, tokenomics, and blockchain-based financial models .
