What you'll build
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Collections Associate to join our Strategic Finance team. You will be instrumental in maximizing cash flow by managing collections activities across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions. This role combines analytical skills with customer relationship management in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
- Collections Strategy: Develop and execute collection plans for high-value or past-due accounts
- Customer Communication: Liaise professionally with clients across multiple time zones to resolve payment issues
- Reporting & Analysis: Support in cash flow forecasts, and collections metrics
- Payment Processing: Record and reconcile payments received; coordinate with accounting teams
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing disputes, and payment obstacles
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline collections workflows and enhance efficiency
Koho hledáme
- Good written and spoken English, fluency in French is an advantage
- Experience of collections or accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of AR processes and collections best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EMEA markets is a strong advantage
- Experience with ERP/ISP collections software and automated systems is a plus
