The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth for Sensata’s Automotive Electrification portfolio, with a focus on battery protection solutions across European automotive Tier customers.
This role focuses on building pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Sensata in early-stage customer programs within a dynamic and evolving market.

- Develop and execute a new business acquisition strategy across key European automotive Tier customers
- Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities in electrification and battery protection
- Act as the primary commercial interface for assigned prospects and accounts
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing
- Lead early-stage customer discussions, particularly with engineering teams during development phases
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure effective solution positioning and proposal delivery
- Deliver sales growth aligned with business targets and long-term strategic goals
Koho hledáme
- 5–10 years in Business Development / Sales in Automotive sector
- Proven experience in new business acquisition (hunter profile)
- Experience working with automotive Tier suppliers and/or OEM ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
