To support our continued growth in Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a commercially driven and technically capable Business Development Manager – Advanced Composites responsible for the markets of Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
Co budeš dělat
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within key composite markets including automotive, aerospace, industrial, marine, and renewable energy
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, fabricators, and engineering companies
- Promote a portfolio of advanced composite materials including resins, reinforcements, core materials, adhesives, and process consumables
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers throughout the sales cycle
- Develop strategic account plans and achieve sales growth targets within the assigned region
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the regional composites industry
- Collaborate with supplier partners to drive product positioning and market expansion
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings across Central Europe
Koho hledáme
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within the composites, chemicals, advanced materials, or related industries
- Solid knowledge about the Composites industry and understanding of composite manufacturing processes and materials
- Strong “hunter“ mentality
- Experience working within the Czech, Slovak, and/or Hungarian industrial markets is highly desirable
- Commercially focused with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
- Fluent English required; knowledge of Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field preferred
