Co budeš dělat
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.
- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and security access in alignment with business requirements and internal controls.
- Monitor system configuration, performance, and data integrity, identifying and addressing issues as needed.
- Support system upgrades, patches, release activities, and related testing to minimize disruption and maintain system effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, procedures, and support materials.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors or implementation partners on technical issues, system enhancements, and environment support.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Business Central processes and functionality.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, business process requirements, and system solutions.
- Review current business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, efficiency, and reporting through Business Central capabilities.
- Recommend enhancements and optimization opportunities aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Support change management activities associated with system improvements, new processes, and functional enhancements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Business Central functional support across the organization.
- Troubleshoot system-related and functional issues, providing timely resolution or coordinating escalation where required.
- Support users with day-to-day queries, issue investigation, and resolution to maintain business continuity.
- Develop and deliver user training, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge materials.
- Assist users during system changes, feature rollouts, and adoption initiatives to promote effective and compliant system usage.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational visibility and business decision-making.
- Analyze data trends, business performance, and operational issues to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting needs, and data requirements.
- Promote data accuracy, consistency, and quality within Business Central and related reporting outputs.
