- Issues credit and debit notes
- Ensures data are entered correctly
- Works with Oracle and Onbase database
- Checking and releasing data associated with manual transactions
- Deals with standard and non-standard manual billing requests
- Entering invoices, to the customer's portal
- Sharing ideas for automating manual processes and cooperating with IT Implementation
- Cooperate closely with Collection team
- Preparing account statements for customers
- Preparing monthly billing reports
- Contributes to projects and testing events
- Ensures that monthly goals and deadlines are met
- Running Month End Transactions Reports
- Cross cover with the cash application team during absences

- In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
