Co budeš dělat
- Perform day-to-day accounting and reporting activities with precision and ownership
- Lead process harmonization and SAP alignment across entities
- Drive improvements in AtR processes and tools, including automation and digitization
- Participate in regional and global projects, including onboarding new entities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external standards (IFRS, local GAAP)
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders across the region and globally
- Uphold and improve agreed procedures within the team
- Participation on implementation of new SAP S4 Hana
Koho hledáme
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in AtR roles within multinational organizations
- Knowledge of IFRS and SAP
- Strong skills in Excel
- Excellent command of English
- Hands-on experience in project work, demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to drive deliverables within agreed timelines
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Statutory reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
- Czech citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
