- The Application Laundry Specialist manages an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, with primary responsibility for creating value through technical service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand product usage within existing customers.
- The focus of the role is to maintain revenue, optimise pricing, and improve gross profit performance.
- While supporting new business development when appropriate, the core responsibility remains account growth and retention.
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring revenue retention and profitability growth
- Deliver on-site technical service and support to create value and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand product usage
- Drive revenue growth per account by increasing customer spend and optimising pricing and margin performance
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers and influencers
- Proactively engage customers through regular reviews and strategic discussions to understand needs and align solutions
- Promote the organisation’s products and services to increase visibility, engagement, and demand
- Monitor account performance, including revenue, pricing, and gross profit contribution, and take corrective actions where needed
