Co budeš dělat
- Processing and managing PO and non-PO invoices in SAP
- Support with month-end closing activities
- Workflow handling - resolving discrepancies
- Communication with global counterparties and other departments like purchasing, controlling, etc.
- Vendor and operational queries (mailbox, tickets)
- Vendor balance confirmation
- IKS and audit support
- GR/IR clearing
Koho hledáme
- High school/university education, economics preferred
- Communicative knowledge of English is necessary, skill to communicate in German is a strong advantage
- Computer knowledge - MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP preferred
- Accounting experience preferred
- Professional, communicative personality
- A sense for careful and responsible work, proactive approach
