DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a dedicated Air Freight Coordinator to join its new automotive logistics center in Mošnov, Czech Republic.
Co budeš dělat
- Master rough and detailed planning of container requisitions, plus precise control of containers and trailers.
- Efficiently receive and process all ordered containers.
- Conduct thorough inspections and documentation of load securing measures on containers.
- Prepare outgoing goods documents, customs declarations, affix seals to containers/trucks.
- Perform vehicle inspections per DGR safety regulations using standardized checklists.
- Accurately book goods issues in IT systems, ensuring full legal compliance.
- Coordinate delivery dates seamlessly with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
- Report discrepancies, damages promptly to shipping partners and customers.
- Maintain daily proactive communication with customers.
- Prepare comprehensive load securing documentation while upholding customs, dangerous goods, and securing regulations; escalate process disruptions to supervisors.
Koho hledáme
- Secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in Czech, solid basic English (spoken and written), with fluency in German (spoken and written) being in advantage.
- Proven professional experience in logistics, ideally gained within automotive sector service providers.
- Familiarity with CKD processes.
- Passion for efficient, high-stakes operations.
