- Process Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and timely payments.
- Maintain organized vendor files and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies directly with suppliers.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries in line with accounting standards.
- Assist with month‑end closing processes and generate required financial reports.
- Verify expense reports and petty cash reimbursements in compliance with policies.
- Maintain vendor records, support audits and documentation archiving, and update payment systems.
Koho hledáme
- High school or college education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Czech.
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
