The Garrett Finance organization drives financial processes to support the business and function organizations and maximize investment synergies while maintaining an internal control environment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies. It is also responsible for the company’s Risk Management process to ensure that adequate risks mitigation efforts for the business are in place, and guarantee the integrity of all external and internal financial reporting.

- Perform US and Local GAAP month-end closing activities (journals booking, HFM reporting)
- Prepare month-end accruals with finance team
- Analyze variances at BS and P&L level
- Conduct cut-off analysis
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support audits (US GAAP, statutory, SOX)
- Prepare regulatory reports
- Handle limited payroll, banking, and treasury operations
- Support CITR preparation and reporting
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Train junior team members
Koho hledáme
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 3–5 years in general ledger and close processes
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of GAAP
- SAP / HFM (advantage)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
