Co budeš dělat
- Lead the assessment and migration of existing UiPath RPA automations to Power Automate and Azure-based solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to support ESRT's internal business processes (leasing operations, contract management, helpdesk workflows).
- Build and maintain automated workflows in Power Automate, replacing legacy RPA processes with scalable Microsoft-native alternatives.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, Azure, and security teams during the environment setup phase (sandbox provisioning, VM configuration, secure connections).
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud), Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other third-party tools already in use at ESRT.
- Gather and translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into functional technical solutions, adapting quickly as those requirements evolve.
- Implement ALM best practices including environment management (Production / Sandbox), version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Provide structured, asynchronous progress updates aligned with the client's communication expectations (morning, midday, end of day).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all solutions developed.
- Mentor team members and support targeted upskilling initiatives aligned to project needs.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple business units and evolving requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Strong experience with Power Automate, including RPA migration or process redesign.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (tables, relationships, security models, business rules).
- Proficiency in Power Fx.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure SQL).
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
