Co budeš dělat
- As the B2C E-Commerce and Retail Manager for CZ/HU/SK, you will be reporting directly to the Omnichannel Commercial Director. Your main mission will be to develop the Division´s B2C channel and deliver sustainable growth in market share and turnover.
- Establishing a strong presence in the professional hair care category and leveraging PPD brands with B2C clients
- Building and achieving channel/group of accounts results + online channel (turnover, market share, profit) to develop the category in respect of selective distribution.
- Consolidating budget and P&L, in charge of gross margin, ensuring full compliance with the European commercial guidelines.
- Piloting the channel's negotiation and rollout by the team
- Developing customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall consumer path to purchase analysis.
- Driving relationships with clients to ensure synergies between the PPD brand's own digital activities and those of the clients.
- Building and adapting strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverage best practices across geographies
- Ensuring that the brand's presence and journey online are consistent with overall brand standards and strategies
- Lead the B2C E-commerce and retail Team, develop talents and experts in B2C omnichannel engagement.

- Expert with more than 5 years of experience on e-commerce and strong know how on web mastering, data, analytics and performance media. Experience related to selective retail will be a plus.
