Who we’re looking for

  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání (potravinářství, chemie, veterinární obor nebo příbuzný směr)
  • Praxi v oblasti kvality nebo laboratoře v potravinářství
  • Zkušenost s vedením týmu
  • Znalost systémů kvality a bezpečnosti potravin
  • Angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni
  • Samostatnost, zodpovědnost a dobré organizační schopnosti
  • Schopnost rozhodování a odolnost vůči stresu

What you’ll do

  • Řízení a vedení týmu laboratorních pracovníků a organizace jejich práce
  • Nastavení a dohled nad kontrolním plánem kvality a bezpečnosti potravin
  • Zajištění správného provádění laboratorních analýz (mikrobiologie, chemie, senzorika)
  • Uvolňování finálních výrobků na trh
  • Řízení neshodných výrobků a nastavování nápravných opatření
  • Spolupráce s externími laboratořemi a dohled nad externími analýzami
  • Odpovědnost za rozpočet laboratoře
  • Implementace mezinárodních projektů
  • Podpora kontinuálního zlepšování v oblasti kvality, bezpečnosti a hygieny
  • Spolupráce napříč odděleními (výroba, kvalita, management)
