Who we’re looking for
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, Cybersecurity, datacenter, or cloud environments
- Experience with enterprise network technologies (e.g., LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust concepts)
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity principles and their practical implementation
- Ability to translate business and security requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and hands-on mindset
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of industrial environments, manufacturing systems, or OT networks is an advantage
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+, CISSP, Azure/AWS) are a plus
What you’ll do
- Support the implementation and technical validation of Cybersecurity (CYS) requirements across multiple sites
- Perform infrastructure analysis, including network architecture, security, and IT/OT integration
- Develop and maintain standards, templates, and documentation for secure connectivity
- Manage and support network infrastructure (LAN, firewalls, remote connectivity, etc.)
- Guide and support local IT/OT teams and key contacts across Siemens factories worldwide
- Contribute to cross-site knowledge sharing and Cybersecurity communities
- Act as the interface between local IT & OT organizations, Cybersecurity teams, and external service providers
- Support the continuous improvement of infrastructure security and compliance processes
