What you’ll do

• As a Cash Collector in this paid role at SAP, you’ll build strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely, accurate collections and delivering a professional customer experience.
• Using your communication skills and financial acumen, you’ll resolve payment issues, directly impacting SAP’s cash flow and supporting financial stability.
• You’ll analyze data, identify trends, and apply negotiation skills to improve collection processes, while working with multicultural teams to ensure SOX compliance.
• Your role includes developing strategies to reduce overdue accounts, offering insights for decision-making, automating collections with AI, and consistently providing excellent service to enhance SAP’s reputation.
