Who we’re looking for

  • Previous business development and account management experience with industrial customers
  • Lead generation, funnel management, and KPI measures knowledge
  • Experience in acquisition is advantageous as hunting for new business opportunities and new customers is an important part of this role
  • Previous experience with CRM system (preferably SalesForce.com) is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, native Czech / Slovak with communicative knowledge of English
  • Availability to travel 3 days a week through Bohemia region

What you’ll do

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager the Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers, leading sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM and promoting a variety of finance and service agreements.
  • You conduct business meetings with current and prospect customers
  • You prepare offers and offer most suitable solutions based on customer needs
  • When needed you arrange an onsite equipment demonstrations at customer sites in cooperation with our service team
  • On regular basis you update your sales activity and funnel of opportunities in the CRM system
