Co budeš dělat
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and process harmonization projects across multiple business functions.
- Drive the standardization and optimization of supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Business Leadership teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to validation-related activities where required, including adherence to Computer System Validation (CSV) principles within regulated environments.
Koho hledáme
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex Supply Chain projects.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Medical Devices industries is a must
- Strong domain knowledge across Supply Chain processes, including planning, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
- Demonstrated experience in process harmonization, business transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Delivery-focused mindset with a track record of successfully driving projects from initiation through implementation.
- Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to actively contribute to project execution rather than solely coordinating activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
