Co budeš dělat
- In this role you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with engineering and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into impactful, scalable AI products.
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to enterprise AI objectives
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Prioritise and manage product backlogs, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and strategic value
- Partner with AI, software, and UI engineering teams to drive delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance
- Define product success metrics and use data insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvement
- Lead product launches, including readiness planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption strategies
- Champion user-centred design, ensuring intuitive and effective AI-driven user experiences
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product priorities, roadmaps, and progress

- Proven experience in product management, including ownership of complex technical or platform-based products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile delivery environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered or data-driven products, with an understanding of AI system considerations
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders within fast-paced, multi-team environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to inform prioritisation and decision-making
