- Learn and develop deep expertise in the can manufacturing process, equipment, and production flow.
- Partner with the Plant Manager to drive plant performance aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across production, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence through process improvements.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Help manage plant costs and support efficient, cost-effective operations.
- Mentor and develop frontline leaders and supervisors.
- Support employee engagement and a positive, high-performance culture.
- Serve as Acting Plant Manager during absences.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with corporate and internal teams to align plant and business priorities.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibility through role rotations and an Individual Development Plan (IDP).

- Minimum 4+ years of manufacturing, operational excellence/continuous improvement experience in a dynamic international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Capacity to lead a team and build strong employee relations.
- Strategic thinker who connects day-to-day operations with long-term goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement practical solutions.
- Financial acumen with exposure to budgets and cost management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to challenge the status quo.
