We're looking for a Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You're analytical, people-savvy, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels.

- Own the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies
- Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows
- Lead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
- Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams
Koho hledáme
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
