Our company specializes in comprehensive HR management services, focusing on business consulting, process design, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors , a modern cloud-based HR solution. Due to the growing demand for our services, we are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our team.
As part of our consulting team, you will work on international projects, learn from experienced consultants, and develop expertise in one of the leading HR technology platforms used by organizations worldwide.
Co budeš dělat
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects based on customer requirements.
- Support process and technical design workshops with customers.
- Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Train and support customers in their day-to-day use of the system.
- Assist existing customers with system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with R&D, Pre-sales, and Support departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies and internal processes.
- Learn and develop expertise in selected SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning, or others depending on project needs and your interests.
Koho hledáme
- Interest in HR processes and technology; previous knowledge of HR practices is an advantage.
- Very good communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn, e.g., XML file handling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- SuccessFactors end-user experience is an advantage; configuration experience highly valued.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to perform effectively during busy project periods.
