As a Senior Software Functional Tester, you will work in a highly dynamic and complex environment with strong demands on reliability and availability. You will go beyond traditional testing — acting as a quality advocate, problem solver, and trusted partner to both business and development teams, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.

- Take ownership of quality by reviewing functional specifications and aligning closely with business analysts and developers
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering complex functional scenarios
- Drive a Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approach by contributing to user stories and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to the evolution of test automation from a functional perspective
- Perform various testing activities, including integration, system, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams
- Validate data integrity and backend processes using SQL queries
- Explore opportunities to enhance testing processes through AI-driven approaches, such as test case generation and analysis

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex systems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions
- Proven experience in functional testing within complex, high-availability environments
- Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Hands-on experience with BDD and writing test scenarios using Gherkin
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluent English
