We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Graphic and UX Designer to lead the creation of impactful brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, creative excellence, and user-centered design principles to deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling solutions that support business goals and strengthen brand identity.As a senior member of the creative team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, drive design standards and systems, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced international environment.

- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept development to final execution
- Define and evolve visual identity, branding standards, and scalable design systems
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and customer journeys
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements in all design solutions
- Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with confidence
- Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Coordinate with external partners including agencies, developers, photographers, and freelancers
Koho hledáme
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar senior creative role
- Required Skills: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar UX/UI tools
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first principles
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff processes
- Experience with prototyping tools and basic understanding of front-end development capabilities
- Basic video editing and multimedia production skills
- Understanding of analytics and measuring design effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
