About the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day requirements lifecycle from early scoping through to deployment, ensuring seamless alignment between our delivery team and the client. This is a high-responsibility position for a practical professional who thrives in ambiguity, confidently manages scope constraints, and ensures absolute requirements quality across complex engineering workflows.
About the project:
You will join a team building an enterprise-scale AI Knowledge Management platform for a large European software company in the healthcare IT space. The mission is to deploy an advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system that automates, structures, and synchronises critical support ticket data using Azure and PostgreSQL with pgvector. The core challenge is defining content taxonomies for a multilingual KB, designing the article review-and-approval workflow across multiple stakeholder roles, and maintaining seamless bidirectional integration with NICE CXone as the production knowledge base.

- Lead project scoping and initial requirement shaping phases, defining foundational Business Analysis approaches and workflows for new initiatives or workstreams
- Shape the strategic solution roadmap, contributing to a vision that aligns immediate delivery with the client’s long-term business goals
- Define strict solution boundaries and product scope, implementing proactive practices that actively protect the development lifecycle from scope creep
- Drive senior stakeholder engagement by establishing clear communication channels that ensure seamless collaboration across all groups throughout the project
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to co-create user-centered digital products, leveraging customer journey maps to ensure a high impact experience
- Manage the product backlog comprehensively by clearly defining the “what” and “why” of requirements while driving continuous prioritization so the engineering team always has actionable work
- Maintain daily collaboration with the development team, clarifying technical requirements on the fly to ensure execution matches business expectations
- Operate within a phased delivery model (Phase 0 discovery through Phase 1 build), adapting BA approach to match sprint cadence and milestone gates
- Uncover and define core business needs, goals, and objectives required to deliver a successful and scalable end-to-end solution
- Model complex requirements using applicable notations like UML and BPMN, tailoring your technical modeling approach to fit the specific project context
- Oversee requirements from initial concept to final acceptance, enforcing rigorous quality standards and structured Information Architecture for all project documentation
- Own the KB article content structure decisions (Q&A vs. handbook schema), taxonomy, and category definitions
- Specify the full review-and-approval workflow and write end-to-end user stories per role (agent, Champion, KQ Lead) for client sign-off
- Manage deferred scope explicitly and surface contradictions rather than resolving them silently
- Manage the critical delivery interface between Ciklum engineering teams and client- owned workstreams, including data tracking across the CFX dashboard, KQ Lead workflow, and the PCU Champion process
Koho hledáme
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology delivery projects
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills; experience managing deferred scope explicitly
- Experience with taxonomy design, content modelling, and KB article schema definition (Q&A and handbook formats)
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence
- Experience specifying end-to-end approval workflows across multiple user roles
- Prior experience with AI, RAG, or knowledge management platforms strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NICE CXone or similar contact centre knowledge base platforms is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
