This is not a technical security role. The Coordinator provides operational support to the security department - coordinating internal processes, managing documentation, organising communication between teams, and ensuring projects and deadlines stay on track.
Co budeš dělat
- Calendar management, meeting coordination, and event planning;
- Drafting correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes;
- Research and preparation of analytical materials;
- Managing databases, shared drives, and CRM systems;
- Travel arrangements and logistics;
- Project and staff coordination; support across ongoing tasks and initiatives.
Koho hledáme
- 1+ year of experience as a Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in a similar role;
- English B2+ - written and spoken;
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Self-driven with strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Comfortable holding teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
