Co budeš dělat
- Administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Supporting users and resolving requests across the company
- Creating reports, dashboards, and workflow automations
- Optimizing business and internal processes
- Managing data, imports/exports, and data quality control
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams
- Testing new functionalities and coordinating system updates
Koho hledáme
- Previous experience with Salesforce administration
- Understanding of CRM processes and data management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Flow, Reports & Dashboards, or basic SOQL is an advantage
