Co budeš dělat
- Provide hands-on end-user support for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms.
- Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices.
- Occasional travel within Czechia to company sites.
- Install and configure software on servers and in Microsoft Azure
- Collect requirements and coordinate with internal and external ERP support (K2, SAP)
- Create training materials, video tutorials, and articles for users
- Conduct user trainings and communicate IT updates
- Take part in local and Area Business IT projects and implementations
- Collaborate with the Area business IT and EMEA infrastructure Teams to roll out updates, migrations, and technical projects
- Maintain site-specific IT documentation including asset inventories and technical diagrams
Koho hledáme
- High school degree
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Understanding of ERP systems (K2, SAP) is an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 expertise (mandatory), Microsoft Teams proficiency.
- Basic experience with SQL databases
- Active English skills (technical documentation and communication) and Czech/Slovak language.
- Independence, proactive approach, and strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with international Teams
- Driver's license category B
