To be based in Prague, joining our dynamic International Retail Ops Team, we are currently looking for an
International Retail Operations Analyst
Can-Am
The chosen candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the Product Strategy, on Sales Programs & Promotions for the Can-Am Products : 2-wheelers & 3-wheelers, ATVs, SSVs.
Working for both EMEA (70%) and International Markets (30%), the International Analyst will provide robust recommendations based on strong analysis to overcome challenges that can come from the market dynamics and retail performances . S/he will oversee and ensure rigor execution of all retail programs, in collaboration with her/his Manager, the Regions and Countries Teams (Marketing & Commercial teams).
In collaboration with the BI team and volume planning team, S/he will also work on better decision-making by leveraging data-driven, intelligent, and automated processes.
Also a close collaboration with the marketing team will be required to ensure strong application of the sales program strategy from a customer standpoint.

- Reviewing BRP retail performance and diagnosing what is driving results
- Prepare & support the monthly Market Reviews by Product lines for EMEA and reflect the right level of market insights & trends to ensure that regional plans are achieved
- Continue to optimize the Governance for EMEA to ensure a rigorous process & maximum efficiency, and focus on what is value added
- Ensure timely execution of the strategy
- Assess competitive promotions and tactics versus our brands in partnership with both the local and regional Sales and Marketing Teams to generate market feedback and give perspective of the analysis and recommendation
- Execute and facilitate Retail Activation initiatives that will improve Dealers’ Profitability & Dealer Value Proposition
- Have a strong understanding of the Can-Am Product Line and make recommendations to optimize Pricing & Positioning
- Come up with “in market” Retail Activation ideas that will allow local Teams to apply initiatives to the Dealer Network in line with the forecast needs
- Support our Retail Ops Team members in LATAM, APAC, and DISTRIBUTION with the Market Review governance, Tools, activations, and competitive analysis by sharing learnings & best practices
- Keep an eye on INTL Retail performance vs forecast, and identify optimization opportunities - work closely with her/his Manager and the BI & Volume planning team to push products to the right place at the right time, maximizing efficiency of resources (Product & Budget)
- Work closely with the INTL Product Insights Analyst and bring Insights coming from Promotional Testing in order to influence product strategy to answer customer (present or future) needs
Koho hledáme
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Product management business analytics, business intelligence, commercial, or marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance, ideally with a master’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in Excel & powerpoint is mandatory; Power BI & SAP or SQL knowledge can be a plus to cover the position successfully.
- Fluent in English – other European language will be considered a plus
- Well-rounded business acumen combined with strategic thinking, problem solving, and strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots between the 3 key pillars of Promotions, Retail Activation, and Product Insights.
- Excellent data analysis skills with good storytelling.
- Organized, accurate, and results oriented.
- Ability to work and deliver in a high stress environment.
