- Define and lead the CEE commercial & marketing strategy , setting a clear direction that accelerates growth and positions Certis Belchim as a leading partner in the region
- Play a key leadership role within the CEE Management Team , driving decision-making and ensuring a strong, aligned strategic course across countries
- Co-create and steer long-term (5-year) growth plans with Country Managers , building ambition, clarity and accountability to deliver sustainable results
- Act as the voice of the CEE region in global discussions , ensuring that real market needs and dynamics shape decisions and translate into competitive advantage
- Drive marketing alignment across the region while empowering local teams , maximising impact by combining strategic consistency with market-specific execution
- Lead the connection between Global Marketing and local organisations , turning strategy into action and ensuring effective, high-quality execution in every market
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to shape decisions , proactively identifying opportunities that strengthen our market position
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities , from partnerships to portfolio expansion, to fuel long-term growth and innovation
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with distributors and partners , securing market access and reinforcing our brand as a trusted and forward-thinking player
- Partner closely with sales to drive commercial performance , ensuring that strategy translates into customer impact and tangible business results

- A background in agriculture, horticulture or a related field provides a strong foundation for success in this role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, horticulture or a related field, preferably complemented by additional education or training in business administration, marketing or commercial management
- Experience in marketing, commercial development or value ‑ chain/food ‑ chain roles within crop protection or a related sector will help you contribute quickly.

- You can expect a market ‑ based complemented by a 15% performance ‑ related bonus on your annual gross salary and the benefit of a company car.
- You will work in a hybrid set ‑ up. Ideally, you live within commuting distance of one of our Certis Belchim offices. In that case, you will spend around 60% of your time working from the office and 40% remotely.
- If you do not live near a Certis Belchim office, staying connected with your colleagues remains essential. In that situation, we expect you to travel for approximately 30% of your working time to spend time together on ‑ site . This approach ensures collaboration and connection, while still offering flexibility in how you organise your work week.
