Co budeš dělat
- As the PtP Accountant, you will be responsible for smooth operations in Epiroc's business units of following activities:
- Follow-up invoices and credit notes in AI ERP tool
- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve any mismatches
- Communicate and meet with internal clients, provide support and solutions
- Analyze vendor accounts, solve negative balances
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy
- Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
- Participate on improvement and optimization projects
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
- Some experience in Accounts Payable
- Good command of English and Czech
- Solid Excel knowledge
- Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- A friendly personality with a sense of responsibility
- Open to changes and innovation
- Czech citizenship or valid work permit
