Co budeš dělat
- Manage HR requests for employees and managers in French-speaking countries across the employee lifecycle
- Review requests from local HR teams and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Process HR transactions efficiently in line with internal policies and service standards
- Deliver tasks within agreed timelines and service levels
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports for local HR teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance)
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality
- Support the maintenance and smooth operation of HR Global systems
Koho hledáme
- Must-have:
Advanced French (C1 or higher)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Native-level Czech or Polish
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Nice-to-have:
Previous experience in HR, administration, or shared services
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with HR systems is an advantage
