Co budeš dělat
- řízení týmu 50+ zaměstnanců ve výrobě
- Zajištění BOZP všem svým podřízeným
- Zajištění výroby v dané kvalitě dle stanovených termínů
- Identifikace, vyhodnocování a řešení problémů ve výrobě včetně personálního obsazení
- Optimalizování výrobních procesů
- Sledování a analýza výroby (zmetkovitost, denní produktivita) v porovnání s danými cíli a zavádění nápravných opatření
- Managing a production team (currently 50+ employees)
- Ensuring that health and safety are met
- Manufacturing quality products to targeted delivery
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving any problems with manufacturing or staffing
- Optimizing production processes
- Monitoring production (rejects rate and daily productivity) to find ways to continuously improve
Koho hledáme
- středoškolské / vysokoškolské vzdělání (technické)
- plynně česky a anglicky/francouzsky
- zkušenosti s vedením (na pozici vedoucího výroby výhodou)
- schopnost samostatně se rozhodovat a řešit problémy
- klást velký důraz na detail
- schopnost předávat podřízeným úplné a spolehlivé informace, motivovat je, podporovat a rozvíjet jejich potenciál
- Znalost práce na PC - MS Office
- Secondary / university education (technical)
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Experience with leadership (in position of production supervisor is advantage)
- Ability to decide independently and solve problems
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to coach and motivate others in alignment with company goals.
- Proficient with computers and enjoys maximizing software knowledge
