Co budeš dělat
- Contacting prospective customers provided by the call center.
- Qualifying sales opportunities and arranging meetings for sales representatives.
- Preparing electricity and natural gas offers for Key Account Managers and external sales representatives.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system.
- Cooperating with internal departments to process business opportunities and customer requests.
- Monitoring sales opportunities and supporting the contract closing process.
Koho hledáme
- Secondary school or university education.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in making phone calls.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Commercial mindset and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the energy market is beneficial but not required.
- Fluent in Czech and English language (both written and spoken)
