O pozici

You'll shape how the world sees STRV. From the visual direction to the work it shows up in, this is your canvas: pitch decks, event visuals, social assets, case studies, merch, sales collateral. You take a brief and run with it, from the first creative spark to the final export. You'll sit inside the Marketing team and work closely with our Product Marketing Manager, Brand Copywriter and Growth Marketing Specialist. The work moves fast and the bar is high, so this is for someone with real creative range who loves to make things and uses AI to push that range further. If that sounds like you, let's talk.

Co budeš dělat

Design and ship STRV's brand collateral end to end: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, event visuals, website materials, social assets and company merch
Partner with our Product Marketing Manager on sales materials that are sharp, concise and built to land with high-profile execs at leading US and EU tech companies
Own the visual side of our social channels with static and motion assets for Instagram, LinkedIn and X
Work with our Growth Marketing Specialist to bring campaigns to life across channels
Partner with our Brand Copywriter so visuals and words carry one consistent brand voice
Turn around a high volume of requests across the marketing calendar without letting the bar slip
Build and maintain templates, files and design systems that keep everything consistent and fast to produce
Coordinate photography production and keep the brand photo style guide current
Help shape the visual brand direction, then execute it across every touchpoint
Stay on top of design, motion and AI tooling, and bring back what makes our outputs even better

Koho hledáme

3+ years in brand design, graphic design or a related field
A strong portfolio that shows brand identity work and a wide range of marketing materials
Excellent visual design skills and serious attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shipping on tight deadlines without losing quality
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent spoken English
Based in Prague and able to work on-site
